Cancellation Policy

SkinQr Clinic has 72 hours cancelation policy. Any treatment must be cancel 3 days before (72hours) in order to allow the clinic to fill up the slot. The client have to contact the clinic directly via WhatsApp or email to confirm the cancellation. Any cancelation after 3 days or cancelation without letting the clinic know will result in full charge of the treatment price. Any Botulinum Toxin top up free of charge apply only between 2 to 4 weeks after the treatments. Any time after 4 weeks is consider as a new treatment that requires another full payment. Any dermal filler treatment doesn't include free of charge top up. Any type of refill of treated are is consider as a new treatment and requires normal charge fee.
